Expert in our HSEQ team: In your own field of care, you make a significant contribution to the further development and implementation of our HSE culture and advise our commercial areas on the construction sites and at our locations. Safety checks and derivation of safety measures: By deriving action fields from observations, dialogues and accident analyses, you design security policies and procedures to ensure that our jobs and operational work processes are safe Knowledge transfer: Support for the development of training/training materials for operational executives and employees, as well as internal training to enable those responsible in the South German area Information & Documentation on point: Your expertise and experience in accident analysis helps our operating units in the south German area in correct reporting to ensure that accidents are thoroughly examined and future incidents can be prevented. Common objectives and strategies: Your close cooperation with other HSEQ experts is the key to a successful implementation of safety and quality standards in our organization

Complete training on the specialist for occupational safety m/w/d or currently in training for the FaSi / SiFa (studium in engineering / safety technology / electrical engineering or a degree as technician / master m/w/d are assumed) Multiannual professional experience required in occupational safety, also in environmental protection / QM Impressed communication and training skills to effectively convey safety concepts to our executives and employees - very good knowledge of German is required Experience in electrical engineering and energy supply desirable readiness to regularly travel to our locations / construction sites in southern Germany to create a safe and healthy working environment there
