master data management and compliance: In this key position, you will ensure the compliance and security of our hazardous material data base by addressing stand-by SAP data management and ensuring the continuous up-to-date of the material strains. Security documentation: You create and update hazardous materials specifications and sample operating instructions in SAP and proactively check the validity of security data sheets. Interface management: As a central point of intersection between development, occupational safety and production, you will accompany the introduction of new hazardous materials and ensure the regula­tory con­for­mity of our processes. Data research and coordination: You work closely with experts in order to research, procure and coordinate necessary processes such as the translation of safety data sheets. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You act as a link between the EHS teams and actively support the sites in implementing regulatory requirements.

(m/w/d), Chemisch-Technischer Assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable subject Regulatory know-how: Experience in dealing with hazardous substances as well as basic knowledge of compliance (e.g. REACH, GHS, CLP) IT competence: secure handling of MS Office as well as a quick understanding of software solutions, ideally complemented by experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems Working and personality: structured, independent working and the ability to act in complex interface functions in a team-oriented, flexible and enforcing capacity Language knowledge: Communication strength in professional exchange as well as fluent German and good English skills
