Management and continuous further development of the department of charge accounting incl. Coaching and support of employees and team management Ensuring monthly billing and all relevant pre- and post-processes Takeover of process, quality and compliance (GDPR, conformity with collective agreements and legal regulations) including escalation management Establishment/further development of key figures and execution of regular management reporting, as well as coordination with all relevant bodies Control of system management for P&I LOGA and connected systems (e.g. Clinic Planner) and interfaces Project management for introduction, conversion and digitization projects incl. Resources and Risk Management Responsibility for interface and stakeholder management as well as control of service contracts and AVV

Completed studies of BWL/Law Studies or comparable qualifications; alternative commercial training with additional qualification (e.g. payroll accounting) Multiannual management experience in pay billing, ideally in the hospital /health network and shared service environment Very good knowledge of labour, tax, social security and collective bargaining, especially in the TV and TV doctors, as well as safe handling of SV and pay tax audits Expertise in End to End Payroll Processes (Assistance, Reporting, Monthly/Annual Financial Statements) as well as Know How in dealing with human resources management systems, ideally P&I LOGA and Clinic Planner Target and key figures-oriented work, reporting and service provider control as well as project management competence Representative leadership, communication and consulting skills; structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation, high service and result orientation as well as sensitivity to data protection/information security
