You work closely with our laboratories and our internal and external IT partners to identify unfulfilled needs and to propose and deliver innovative IT solutions You guide the functional/technical exploration process for business processes, collect the scope and requirements and create functional specifications for solutions You proactively balance the business requirements with the available possibilities You offer fast solutions and conceptual designs if the requirements are unclear or unproven You specify requirements that translate business requirements into IT language - from functional to technical level You support the implementation of larger programs and projects You actively support the continuous process improvement to increase corporate performance You review and approve changes to supporting IT solutions You apply compliance requirements within your responsibility

You enrich our organization with well-founded and extensive laboratory experience in connection with IT affinity You bring a well-founded training background in the laboratory and IT sector Your can be based on 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience In the best case, you have gained profound experience in IT project work or in complex data management processes in the respective industry. You have at least gained basic experience in solution design and architectural work You feel comfortable and are able to manage several critical priorities and topics successfully at the same time
