• You design and design scalable, reusable managed services and develop future-oriented service architectures.
• You analyze the needs of our customers and translate them into technical and operational service requirements, with expert and solution-oriented advice.
• You will start complete service design packages and contribute to the expansion and quality of our service catalog.
• You work closely with Solution Architects, Service Delivery Managers, the Operations Team and Sales to implement holistic service concepts.
• You develop and maintain our standards in service design and continuously identify potentials for optimization and innovation.

• Completed studies or several years of professional experience in the IT or managed service environment
• Very good knowledge of service design
• Knowledge of modern cloud infrastructures of advantage
• Very good English skills
