Together with experienced colleagues, you develop holistic data and AI strategies for our customers. You analyze the degree of ripening and the effectiveness of existing data and AI capabilities and derive concrete recommendations for action. You identify, evaluate and prioritize strategically relevant AI Use Cases. You always have a look at business added value. You work with your teammates on the design of modern data architectures and governance structures such as Data Mesh or Lakehouse. You prepare complex technical content to convince them in management workshops and presentations. You support the creation of business cases and roadmaps for data and AI initiatives. You actively contribute to the methodological development of our Data & AI Strategy consulting portfolio. With everything you do, you can count on the full support of an experienced team – from analysis to implementation. Together, you make sure that ambitious strategies will make real success and actively shape the data-driven future of our customers.

Completed studies in economics, business informatics, data science or related fields You bring about five years of professional experience in implementing data and AI solutions, ideally in a consulting environment. You have well-founded knowledge in data engineering, machine learning or comparable technical fields. You are familiar with modern data architectures, MLOps and the operation of AI solutions. You communicate safely and convincingly – both in German and in English. Analytical thinkability for structured processing of complex data contents, pronounced team and networking qualities as well as pleasure in traveling to customers throughout Germany
