Operating ventilation and refrigeration systems in compliance with technical standards and legal regulations Perception of different works, including exchanging defective assemblies, testing the operability, in- and out-use of plants regular measurement testing of the functions of the plants and systems to be supervised on site Diagnosis, fault limitation, repair work and maintenance and maintenance work Monitoring and assistance with statutory approvals and audits necessary for operation Analysis and classification of interference messages, locating interference source, examination of the disturbance (reception and importance for ongoing service operation), determination of priorities with regard to the elimination Performance of cyclic inspection activities and quality assurance General office activities

Qualification: completed 3-year vocational training as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer/in or plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with focus on air conditioning and ventilation technology (w/m/d) Competences: very good technical knowledge in the field of ventilation and refrigeration technology as well as general understanding in the adjacent technical areas (e.g. electrical energy supply, MSR/GLT, construction technology) multiannual practical experience in trouble analysis, decommissioning and maintenance of ventilation and refrigeration systems Experience in technical management and CAFM systems is desirable Ability and willingness to acquire knowledge and to work overarching in non-learned TGA trades well-founded PC knowledge in standard operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Office Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment Ready to obtain the switching authorization HS Ready to call at night and on weekends/ holidays readiness for the extended safety review pursuant to § 10 SÜG Special note: The prerequisite for the job placement is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), into which the spouse/living partner(s) may also be included.
