You will assume the overall responsibility for optical imaging and measurement performance. Your team delivers R&D from concept to life cycle. You identify and negotiate development requirements with internal and external stakeholders including line management for staffing. calculating you coordinate complex interfaces and have a good technical understanding of the product. You will be responsible for the development progress shape and the product vision.

several years of professional experience in product management, as a project manager or product owner in a SCRUM team, ideally in the field of algorithm development in the semiconductor industry (GPM level C or B equivalent)

excellent communication and negotiation skills, very good assertiveness, and team spirit

very good knowledge of optical and computational imaging

very good physical and methodological knowledge of geometric and physical optics

good knowledge of Matlab, Python, C++, preferably with parallel computing (CUDA, Cloud)

great passion to successfully solve complex and difficult problems independently and as part of a team
