Senior Lean Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the further development and implementation of our Lean strategy and for promoting sustainable Lean culture at Zülpich site. You take the qualification, consulting and coaching of local executives and employees as part of workshops and training on working techniques, methods and tools in Lean Management (e.g. Shopfloor Management, 5S, Gemba Walk). You conduct process analyses to identify potential improvements in our logistics processes and conduct corresponding projects and workshops in this area. You plan the annual Lean measures to generate savings. You document best practice solutions and provide them to the network.

You have a successfully completed commercial/technical degree with a focus on logistics as well as relevant professional practice in a comparable position. You bring a certified Lean training or a Six-Sigma-Green-Belt/Six-Sigma-Black-Belt qualification, as well as safety in dealing with common Lean management methods/ tools and KVP measures. You have good knowledge of German and English. You are characterized by an analytical, proactive way of working as well as by organizational capacity. You combine team spirit with communication and presentation skills.
