Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Central contact point for incoming service requests and their forwarding
• Acceptance and implementation of change requests and incident messages from users
• Communication interface between users and other support teams
• Qualified troubleshooting by phone and email to soft and hardware problems, First Level Support
• Priority, classification and documentation of disturbances in a ticket system
• Control and monitoring of tickets according to the Service Level Agreements
• Documentation and monitoring of open enquiries and incidents

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring (m/w/d) or a comparable training

• Funded knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware
• Experience in Service Desk/First Level Support and a good IT confession
• Customer-friendly and service-oriented operation and high social competence
• German and English in Word and Writing
