Werkstudent Global Sales & Commercial Systems Support (m/f/d)

Support of the sales team in day-to-day business through data-based analyses and decision bases Analysis, preparation and interpretation of sales, market and competition data Creation, development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g. with Power BI) Analysis of larger amounts of data in Excel and deriving concrete recommendations for sales and management Working with digitization and optimization projects in the sales environment (e.g. CRM, reporting, process improvements, AI-based models and queries) Support for the translation of professional requirements from business into structured data and reporting concepts Research, structuring and processing of market, customer and sales information Close cooperation with sales, marketing and adjacent functions as an interface between business and IT

Current studies preferably in the field of BWL, Economics, Sales, Marketing or Statistics (no IT degree required, but high affinity on digital topics) Strong interest in sales processes, sales support and data-driven work Very good knowledge in Excel (ideally incl. Power Query) and PowerPoint First experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools desirable Basic understanding for digital systems (e.g. CRM, showpad, reporting tools, data models) and willingness to further develop here Analytical thinking as well as structured, independent and reliable functioning Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Curiosity, hands‐on mentality and joy in working with different stakeholders
