A 10 BBesO (higher service) Activity Our Department of Finance deals with all issues related to finance of the German Pension Insurance Confederation. In the Regress & receivable management department, receivables as well as non-transferable receivables and critical facts are processed in the withdrawal of claims. As an employee in the area of “Central Claim Management” you are responsible for the recovery and safeguarding of publicly-law claims by the DRV Bund.

You support team management in the processing of public business incidents in debt management. You examine and evaluate the legal situation in public law cases. You support and contribute to work in matters of opposition and action. You create templates based on business and work instructions and produce and draw templates on public-law receivable behaviour. You cooperate in internal working and project groups and accompany change processes from a professional perspective.

You have successfully completed higher education, ideally in the fields of administration or economics (e.g. legal or notary) and first professional experience in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have a successfully completed administration-oriented training or training in legal matters (for example, for lawyers or notary workers*in) and multiannual professional experience in the relevant field of work Experiences in debt management are desirable. You have a binding and convincing appearance and have a high communication competence. You bring the ability to work process-oriented, can quickly adapt to professional change processes and are interested in accompanying them within the scope of your task.
