Coordination of the entire supply process, structuring of the offer together with sales and project management Performance of Review Meetings as well as Kick-Off Meetings Monitoring the timeline according to Bid Plan Support for contract negotiations as needed Care of offer lists and tracking of offers in cooperation with Area Sales Management Preparation of evaluations, overviews and presentations as well as preparation of calculations Acquisition of all necessary approvals and approvals and evaluations of requests

Successfully completed studies in the commercial/technical field or a commercial vocational training with multi-year professional experience Relevant professional experience in project management, sales or order processing Experience with the contracting authority or in the distribution of authorities Embossed technical understanding Secure knowledge with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) as well as ERP systems Communication strength, accuracy and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further language skills desirable
