For the location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for you as coordinator Capex/Opex (m/w/d) in employee transfer.

(m/w/d) works as a project manager (m/w/d) for the vocational training department and is responsible for investing in machinery and equipment (CapEx), as well as ensuring the ongoing operation (OpEx) to enable trainees and students an excellent training.

Creating documentation for CapEx and OpEx Management and Controlling in the Training Department Achieving the project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to the satisfaction of the customer and according to internal and external rules and regulations Define, set up and support the project team or project organization, including employees from other functions (matrix organisations), in all project phases Support for effective integration of gained experiences Ensuring active (internal or external) management of risks and opportunities and contract Ensuring effective partner and supplier management

They have a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or a similar discipline.

Mind. 2 years of professional experience in financial and/or controlling, ideally in production. Good knowledge of SAP and project management.

Impressed communicative ability and knowledge of German and English.
