Data Protection Coordinator (f|m|d)

In cooperation with the departments, you ensure the data protection compliance of all processing activities, both in the evaluation of existing processes and in the design of new processing. You ensure complete and appropriate documentation in the directory of processing activities, ensure that the processing is handled in a contractual manner and, in coordination with processors, ensure a data protection-compliant implementation. Recurring audit tasks such as annual checks, audits or risk assessments are carried out independently, escalate relevant data protection incidents and ensure the traceable implementation of the specified measures. In addition, you coordinate the cooperation between the specialist department, data protection lawyers and the data protection officer, in particular when legal assessments are required or risky processing must be checked. As a Sparring partner, you will accompany the development and implementation of new ideas, processes and technologies and bring internal and external data protection knowledge to the department in a variety of ways. The data protection-compliant work in the department continues to be developed continuously and cooperatively, also using artificial intelligence applications. In addition, you take over cross-resort tasks in the field of governance, such as the internal control system or contract management.

You have several years of experience in data protection coordination according to GDPR, ideally with insights into marketing environments or IT areas. You have a strong understanding of data flows, tracking technologies, interfaces and modern MarTech systems. Careful work, a strong problem-solving and consulting competence as well as pronounced communicative skills characterize you. You are characterized by a high self-motivation and value a collegial working environment with open communication paths across areas and hierarchy levels.
