Employee Maintenance (m/f/d)

As an employee maintenance, you ensure the smooth operation of our machines and equipment. You take care, repairs and troubleshooting, analyze errors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes. Your tasks: You take care of the maintenance, repair, repair and cleaning of our packaging machines and all electrical/mechanical systems as well as our IT systems in logistics You are responsible for the spare parts order and responsible for the spare parts management of the machine park You take the troubleshooting, troubleshooting, and cause analysis of faults, as well as the determination of risk of default and manage corresponding maintenance strategies You develop maintenance/maintenance concepts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes In cooperation with the plant operators, you support the development of maintenance plans, coordinate the use of external service providers and ensure the professional execution You support on up-, re- and decommissioning

You have a successfully completed training Ideally, you have more reliable knowledge in handling computer systems, as well as good knowledge in technical building equipment and assembly You have first experience in the maintenance and assembly of packaging machines You have very good communication skills Through your strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking with the focus on the needs of our customers, you are constantly striving to automate processes and implement changes You like to pack and support your team where you can You draw through loyalty, honesty and a positive basic attitude Your willingness to shift and Saturday work is required You have good German skills (at least B1) Why you should apply: You play an important role in the smooth operation of our machines and plants and contribute significantly to the stability of our logistics processes.
