Creation of an annual risk-oriented audit plan for FAIR GmbH Compilation of audit planning documents and work programmes for regular or special audits based on the audit plan approved by the management Analysis and assessment of internal business processes with a view to regularity, cost-effectiveness, efficiency and safety Documentation of test results and preparation of test reports formulation of recommendations for action or suggestions for optimisation compared to management Monitoring of agreed measures and consulting the departments in implementing measures Support for the management of the department in the annual review of FAIR GmbH's revision regulations with regard to topicality and correctness, as well as in the ongoing review of the topicality and adequacy of the contents of the revision manual, as well as corresponding adjustments of the documents after consultation with the management of the department Implementation of the Global Internal Audit Standards in coordination with department management and other auditors active support in the optimization of working methods and implementation of the same after consultation with the department management and other auditors (including with regard to the effective use of data analysis and process analysis techniques)

Successfully completed university studies (probably economics with the focus on finance and accounting, business informatics, auditing, administrative sciences, law or comparable) Certification as auditor*in, Internal Audit Practitioner (IAP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) of advantage but not mandatory At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in internal audit, external audit, audit, financial management or comparable areas such as risk management and compliance High commitment to work quickly and well-founded in relevant legal (e.g. UVgO, VgV, GDPR, StGB), law on the administration (e.g. BHO, HGrG) and business (e.g. HGB, GoBD) aspects as well as the Global Internal Audit Standards Very good computer skills in MS-Office, SAP and possibly specific data analysis tools such as IDEA, SQL/Python Analytical thinking ability, high problem solving capability and structured working High level of integrity and confidentiality Teamability and willingness to cross-departmental cooperation Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders based on fluent English and German knowledge
