Payroll Specialist (m/f/other)

You already have first experience in pay billing and gradually take responsibility for a defined group of employees: You carry out the payroll for your defined group of employees and communicate with social security institutions and financial offices. You are the contact person for employees and executives with all questions concerning remuneration, occupational pensions, wage tax and social security. You are responsible for and administering the occupational pensions – from notifications and declarations to changes in contract to communication with utilities and employees. You will participate in annual accounts, accounts and certification. You actively shape our HR and Payroll processes and continuously develop them together with the team. In short, you ask for our payroll to run reliably, to become more modern and to be competent to advise employees.

Closed commercial training, for example as a tax specialist, industrial businessman or in a comparable professional field, supplemented by at least one to two years of practical experience in payroll accounting. Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law as well as interest in actively pursuing professional developments. First practical points of contact with the occupational pension scheme are advantageous. You work structured, carefully and solution-oriented – and have fun thinking about complex topics and translating them into practical solutions. Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with personnel management systems, ideally P&I Loga3, is a plus.
