Commercial property management, accounting and accounting of all business incidents Monitoring of payment and processing of dunning Compilation of annual operating and auxiliary cost accounting Correspondence with tenants, owners and WEG administration regarding accounting matters Guidance of object accounting and preparation of regular reports and evaluations Monitoring and accounting of house payments and execution of dunning Support in the calculation of the expected costs for the following year
