Coater / Employee Thermal Spraying (m/f/d)

Preparation and testing of components for the coating process Conducting blasting processes for surface preparation and cleaning of the components Set up, operate and monitor the HVOF system and the associated cabin Conducting thermal spray coatings according to work plans, technical drawings and process specifications performing sealing processes on coated components according to the respective method specifications Monitor process parameters and detect deviations Testing the components according to the specified quality and test criteria Documenting the work and test results Support in the maintenance and maintenance of plants and in the improvement of workflows Compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements

You have completed technical or craft training, for example as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d), coating (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. We are also important: Ideally experience in thermal spraying, in particular with HVOF systems, as well as with blasting and sealing methods
