For our customers we are looking for a Seller (m/w/d) Garden Center. You advise customers on plants, soil, fertilizers, garden equipment and accessories. At the same time, the team will help you to ensure that goods are filled up, that plants are cultivated and that customers find themselves quickly.

The job is ideal if you bring experience in sales, retail, garden center, construction market or customer service and like to pack with you practically.

Your tasks

As a Seller (m/w/d) Gartencenter you are in the middle of the sales area. You help customers with questions, keep the range neat and make sure the area looks well maintained.

This is part of your everyday life:

• Customer friendly advice and recommended products
• Answer questions about plants, soil, fertilizers, toiletries and garden accessories
• Keep plants and sales areas neat, clean and appealing
• Unpack, clean, fill and clearly present goods
• Control deliveries and organize them in the storage area
• Check stocks and support inventory
• Help customers choose garden equipment and accessories
• Take over cashier activities and process sales correctly
• Support in the team if a lot is loose or goods must be quickly on the surface

So you're not just on the checkout or on the shelf. Advice, product care, plant area, order and customer contact change. This is exactly what makes the work in the garden centre varied.

You don't have to know every plant by heart. It is important that you like to talk to customers, stay friendly and have a real interest in garden, plants and sales.

You'll fit this place if you bring the following:

• experience in sales, retail, garden center, construction market or customer service
• Interest in plants, gardening, accessories and goods presentation
• Friendly and open appearance
• German in word and writing
• Reliable and careful operation

• Ready to pack in the garden centre

Training in sales is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. Experience in the garden center, building market, floristry area or service-oriented retail is a very good basis.
