The Catholic Hospital Association Ostwestfalen gGmbH is a regional, Christian-influenced hospital association with the traditional five acute hospitals Mathilden Hospital Herford, Franziskus Hospital Bielefeld, Sankt Elisabeth Hospital Gütersloh, Sankt Vinzenz Hospital Rheda-Wiedenbrück and Marienhospital Oelde as well as the geriatric clinic Saint Lucia Hospital Harsewinkel. Furthermore, our network includes several medical care centres (MVZ), which cover a wide range of disciplines. They assume the overall responsibility for the organization of our medical care centres (MVZ) taking into account economic and qualitative objectives. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth practice operation and a patient-oriented service offer. They communicate with the Kassenarzt Association and take over the preparation and support of applications. They are responsible for personnel planning, management and development in the MVZ. They control the economic performance of the MVZ, including budget planning and controlling. They ensure compliance with legal requirements and guidelines in the outpatient area. In addition, your tasks include the further development and optimization of processes as well as the interface management between the MVZ, hospitals and established partners. The active participation in the development of new supply concepts and projects completes your task.

A completed study in the field of health economics, business management, medical management or a comparable qualification is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. They bring experience in practice. They were able to acquire well-founded knowledge in the field of accounting (EBM / GOÄ) and legal framework in the MVZ environment. They have a strong leadership and social competence as well as the ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams. Communication strength, organisational skills and a structured way of working. They identify with the Christian values and the symbol of the KHO.
