Be part of our chapter “Grid Products - Technology & Solutions”, the partner of German network companies in the digital standardization of their processes and in the introduction and operation of innovative and efficient IT solutions.

Error analysis & correction: You coordinate the analysis and elimination of disturbances in the complex IT landscape of geoinformation systems (GIS) in close cooperation with Product Owners, Support Teams and application developers. Service responsibility: You take responsibility for individual services, accompany release management activities and optimise service management and service processes. Monitoring & KPIs: You develop monitoring for our cloud applications and define new key figures. Standardization & IT concepts: Together with stakeholders, you identify optimal IT solution concepts and prepare their implementation. Contribution to the energy transition: With your work in our team, you can make a direct contribution to the transformation of the energy industry.

Qualification: You have a university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification. IT service management: Ideally, you will bring first experiences and certifications such as ITIL. Technology & Communication: You understand complex IT landscapes and translate technical content into an understandable language. Agile methods: You prefer agile and customer-oriented methods such as Scrum and (Biz)DevOps and value team work. Language competence: Communication with stakeholders in German and English is easy for you. Plus points: Experience with monitoring tools as well as Jira, ServiceNow and Confluence or knowledge of the processes of regional suppliers are an additional plus.
