Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/ -r bzw. Legal Assistant (m/f/d)

As part of our legal department, you help us implement our “Case Management”. For this purpose, you will, for example, create letters of attorney, dismissals and complaints in coordination with our receivable management and our syndicate law lawyers. In addition, you carry out the judicial dunning procedure, enforced claims, conclude payment agreements and answer questions from the tenants. You monitor the time limits, re-preparations and appointments of the Legal Department and consider our document management system.

You have completed an apprenticeship as a lawyer or a commercial vocational training You are interested in conflict solutions and legal processes You have good MS Office knowledge You have a good number and language understanding You like to work in the team You have a quick understanding and a high level of commitment
