Risk assessment and labelling according to internal guidelines and self-responsible decision in complex processes Independent negotiation and placement of cover and cover concepts for insurers processing of demanding quotation requests as well as testing and monitoring of renovations Preparation and implementation of international insurance programmes Portfolio monitoring and control of the allocated stock Care of customers, brokers and insurers at eye level, incl. Annual talks Technical support and knowledge transfer within the underwriting team Perception of external business appointments and participation in projects

Completed commercial training (insurance, forwarding, bank, industry, wholesale) or studies in BWL, law or comparable discipline At least 5 years of professional experience in transport/transport liability insurance Funded knowledge of freight and transport law Independent support of sales partners and brokers Self-handling of transport insurance including complex cover concepts Competence in the analysis and evaluation of cover concepts (expert level) Portfolio management of an assigned portfolio
