You take over the holistic control of our regional school and housing projects and accompany them independently from the order intake to the successful acceptance You are the first contact person for our customers and is responsible for trusting and solution-oriented cooperation You coordinate and control all internal and external design participants and specialist engineers for a smooth project execution With your technical know-how, you clarify project-specific questions and are responsible for the award of post-contracting services You can keep track of dates, costs and quality at any time and bear the overall responsibility for project success You conduct your project teams in a targeted manner, promote constructive cooperation and actively promote projects

You have a successful degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification You bring several years of experience in the construction or project management – ideally in turnkey commercial construction You have profound knowledge in the fields of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction You convince by your pronounced communication strength, your safe occurrence and enforcement ability An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you You think entrepreneurial, act responsibly and meet decisions with clear outcome orientation
