Digitalize HR: You actively support the digitization of our HR processes and perform operational tasks. In doing so, you will primarily address our applicant management system and ensure that processes and data structures are up-to-date and reliable at all times. Accompanying processes: You are at the side of our recruiters, executives and employees, explaining digital HR processes in a comprehensible way and ensuring that everything works smoothly. Optimize information: You review existing information material, adapt it and make complex processes in our tool understandable and practical. Promoting projects: You will participate in exciting projects to further develop our HR tool, optimize existing functions and shape our processes even more efficiently.

Your course of education: You have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or in a comparable course of study. Your strengths: You drive the digitalization of HR processes with enthusiasm, work structured, responsible and service-oriented. You have the pleasure of administrative tasks, you can quickly get into new topics and target groups and find flexible solutions. Your profile: You are safe in dealing with MS Office, have a high affinity for digital systems and brings fluent knowledge of German and English.
