Your tasks at a glance:

• accounting and allocation of incoming invoices and Travel cost accounting
• Participation in the collection of payment inputs
• Control and settlement of accounts
• Monitoring of current payments and open items
• Executing the dunning
• support in the creation of monthly and Annual accounts
• accounting of daily transactions (e.g. cash registers and Bank movements)
• Care and organization of accounting documents

Take this with you:

• A completed commercial training
• Practice in Accounting / Accounting
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision or Business Central are desirable but not mandatory
• Safe handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Structure, reliability and a high degree of accuracy
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
