Kubernet platform operation Operation and further development of our Kubernetes platform: Cluster add-ons, Namespaces, RBAC, Policies, Network/Gateway/Ingress, TLS/Certificates. Storage & Stateful Workloads: Persistency, backups/restore, database operating concepts (including HA/DR as required). Stability & scaling: Requests/Limits, Autoscaling, Scheduling, Capacity planning. Migration and modernisation Analysis of existing VM landscape (Dependencies, Data Flows, Stateful Components, Operating Requirements). Develop and implement a migration strategy (e.g. Blue-Green, Canary – depending on the system). Containerization and Kubernetes-Readiness: Deployment-Patterns, Config/Secrets, Health Probes, Resource Profiles. Planning & execution of cutover, rollback and test strategies incl. Detection of operational maturity. Observability and Reliability Construction/optimization of monitoring, logging and alerting (SLIs/SLOs, Dashboards, Incident-Readiness). Proactive Troubleshooting: Detecting performance engineering, eliminating causes, postmortems and sustainable fixes. Automation & Delivery Infrastructure as Code and Standardization: Terraform, Helmet/Kustomize, Clean Repos/Module. CI/CD & GitOps: Pipelines and Deployments (e.g. Azure DevOps), repeatable, auditable, safe. Documentation, Runbooks and Enablement: You make knowledge usable and create standards that keep.
Multiannual experience as Kubernetes Engineer / Platform Engineer / SRE / Cloud Engineer with focus on operation and platform engineering.
