You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the People Analytics/Controlling team and continue to build Comp&Ben structures You create HR-related statistics, perform ad hoc evaluations and prepare HR reports for the markets Germany & EMEA They record complex data relationships, analyze and interpret these and guide action recommendations in cooperation with other HR departments They analyse remuneration trends and guide action recommendations to change existing remuneration structures in compliance with laws and regulations to increase competitiveness They design and develop remuneration structures, in particular in Sales They work in the audit of annual accounts, in the annual budget process, as well as in salary measures and provisions, with

They have completed their studies in the business sector or similar subjects or a successfully completed vocational training with subsequent years and relevant professional experience You have gained many years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling or People Analytics, ideally in international organisations They have been able to gain relevant experience in the disciplinary and professional leadership of employees and are characterized by an appreciative, supportive leadership style. You can gain experience in designing and combining diverse remuneration structures in international sales organizations They have excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ideally SAP HCM and similar systems You have very good English skills in word and writing
