(Senior) Product Manager GenAI & Multi-Agent Systems (m/f/d)

Artificial intelligence fundamentally changes the way we work - and you bring the best AI solutions to our organization! As a (Senior) Product Manager AI Products, you are part of our AI team and are responsible for our portfolio of AI solutions - from general workplace tools to specialized AI applications for our departments. You screen the market, evaluate innovative solutions and, together with the departments and IT, enable the productive use of AI products at Würth. You develop and answer product vision and translate corporate and sector goals into a clear product strategy - including target image, focus domains and priorities.

You identify and validate Use Cases for agent-based architectures, control the product roadmap and accompany AI products from idea to rollout.

You are responsible for the roadmap along measurable KPIs (e.g. Time-to-Quote, Ticket-Deflection, Conversion, Cost-to-Serve, Task Success Rate) and control MVPs, experiments and iterative developments.

You evaluate new developments in the field of generic AI and multi-agent systems, work closely with IPAI partners, research institutes and start-ups and integrate promising approaches into our portfolio strategy.

On this basis, you derive sound build/buy/partner recommendations (incl. Vendor management) and make economically sensible, scalable decisions.

You work closely with our sales teams, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, DevOps experts:in and external partners.

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science or a comparable degree programme.

Multiannual practical experience in product management of AI/ML products.

Deep understanding of generative AI and multiagent systems as well as their application potentials in business processes - including orchestration of agentic workflows as well as evaluation and quality methods.

Experience in controlling cross-functional product teams.

Ideally knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g. AgentCore, AutoGen, CrewAI).

Confidence with modern cloud stacks (e.g. AWS) and MLOps practices.

Analytical-strategic thinking and a pronounced understanding of business processes.

High level of self-responsibility, joy of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
