Serial care & operation: You are responsible for serial maintenance as well as the daily business of one of our central digital tool cases. Stakeholder Management: You act as a central contact for internal stakeholders and supports all tool- and process-relevant issues. Collaboration with Product Ownern: Together with the Product Owners, you can tune problems and optimization potentials and make a significant contribution to the success of the software. Release Management: You take responsibility for the release management of the entire tool chain. Data Analysis & Error Identification: Data Analytics allows you to identify errors and actively support them. Knowledge Management: You take care of the development, care and development of a structured knowledge database. Administration: Administrative tasks along the complete tool chain complete your versatile task area.

Education: You have a completed training with professional experience or a study in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification. Occupational experience: You already bring experience in requirement management and work with agile methods, e.g. Scrum. Software Knowledge: You have knowledge of software development and cloud technology. Tool knowledge: You know how to use tools like Jira, Confluence or comparable systems.
