Your duties include: Individual support of participants on the way to training and work Analysis and dismantling of mediation barriers taking into account special situations of life Implementation of individual and small group consultations and the development of realistic perspectives and objectives Planning, implementation and documentation of individual funding processes Social pedagogical support of internships incl. close coordination with companies Stabilisation of participants and support in the inclusion and safeguarding of employment Crisis intervention and introduction of further support services Promoting social and labour market-relevant skills in group offerings Support in the application process and strengthening self-presentation Active networking with companies, cost companies and relevant institutions Multiprofessional team cooperation Careful documentation and reporting according to requirements

To carry out the activity you need: a completed study of social education, social work, medical education or rehabilitation, special education (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or diploma teacher or training as a state-approved educator with relevant additional qualification Professional experience with the target group from the “SGB II and /or III” area is desirable Responsibility, team orientation and communicative skills Good handling of the common office products
