About us: REUTER TECHNOLOGIE GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized family-owned company that has been developing high-precision, vacuum-geloded copper and stainless steel components for high-tech industries and research facilities for decades – wherever cooling, heat dissipation and high-energy processes have to function absolutely reliably under extreme conditions. We work with specialists from manufacturing, development and administration to realize tailor-made cooling solutions for vacuum technology, semiconductor industry, photonics and cryogenic technology – with state-of-the-art technologies, a lot of design space and real appreciation for each individual contribution. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student marketing (m/w/d) at the next possible date. In this position, you actively participate in the design of our company's presence, support marketing campaigns and content creation, and collect valuable practical experience in a varied working environment.

Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design and editing of graphics, images and visual content with popular design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) as well as creating target group-oriented content for social media and other communication channels. Market analysis & search: search for information for internal market analyses and exchange with our marketing and sales specialists. Sales support: support in the production and design of sales documents according to our corporate positioning and cooperation in marketing campaigns together with sales. Trade fairs & events: cooperation in the planning, organization and execution of trade fairs and events. AI & Process Optimization: Use of conventional AI and design tools to support and continuously improve our marketing processes.

Studies & Qualification: Studies in Media Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Mittelstandsmanagement or a comparable degree course. Marketing & Creativity: First experience in marketing and graphic design, ideally in a technical environment or in mechanical engineering are of advantage. Technology & innovation spirit: interest in technical developments and the further development of an innovative brand. Knowledge of languages: Good knowledge of English facilitates communication in an international environment.
