You take responsibility for the strategic development and optimization of the Alnatura IT system landscape in the area of Requirement to Deploy Ensure smooth integration and continuous development of the Requirement to Deploy processes You work closely with the specialist departments, consultants, developers and coordinate external service providers You conduct agile development processes and teams professionally to ensure fast and high-quality IT product developments You are responsible for the Product Roadmap, budget planning and implementation of product features in the time and budget framework You regularly inform the team and stakeholders about progress, changes and decisions

You have several years of experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar position in the area of Requirement to Deploy You bring sound technological know-how in the Atlassian environment with a focus on Jira and Confluence Ideally, you have experience in process management, including process mining and task mining with SAP Signavio and collaboration platform Miro You have several years of experience in implementing IT projects in the area of Requirement to Deploy – both with classic, hybrid and agile methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) You convince with strong communication and enforcement capabilities as well as strong team skills Your work is solution-oriented, analytical and characterized by high self-initiative You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
