For an established, continuously growing real estate and project development company with locations in Halle, Leipzig and Centralle in Hessen, we are looking for a technical system planner (m/w/d) for the sanitary/heating/ventilation sector. The innovative company develops, implements and manages sophisticated residential and investment properties and focuses on efficient building technology, modern energy concepts and the long-term care of its objects.

Planning of technical building equipment in the area of sanitary/heating/ventilation Design and calculation of equipment (heating load, cooling load, pipe system, pressure loss etc.) Development of technical solutions and energy concepts, including self-generated renewable energy Creation of technical drawings (CAD), lists of pieces as well as possibly Tables of services Coordination of internal planning areas and external project partners Economic audits, system comparisons and coordination with energy consultants Technical documentation and reporting Support in the further development of the planning area

Complete training or studies in the field of supply, building or energy technology or comparable qualification Practical experience in the planning of building facilities, ideally according to HOAI Secure CAD knowledge, preferably Revit or Trimble Nova Experience in dimensioning and measuring SHL systems Structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods Communication strength, presentation capability and professional appearance High commitment and motivation for long-term cooperation
