For our bakery team at Osterstraße in Hamburg we are looking for a department manager bakery (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (35-40 hours/week).

You are responsible for the leadership and organisation of the Bread Shop team. You provide an attractive range of goods and an attractive presentation of goods. You are responsible for ordering the goods and monitoring the availability and freshness of the goods. You are actively involved in the sale of baked goods, desserts and coffee specialities. You advise our customers friendly and competent. You ensure smooth workflows in the department as well as compliance and control of quality and hygiene standards. You plan and coordinate the personnel deployment.

You have completed vocational training in bakery, retail or comparable qualifications. Ideally, you will bring first experience in the leadership of a team. You are team-ready and enjoy working with people. You have a high customer and service orientation, are friendly and have a positive emission. You are reliable, have an independent way of working, are flexible and responsible. Good knowledge of German is also provided for the work at the operating stations. You are an organizational institution and have the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations.
