Discipline management of executives according to the leadership principles of HUK-COBURG Promoting agile leadership culture and cooperation and personal development of employees Creation and implementation of a technical vision with the aim of improving product development deriving the sectoral objectives from the departmental and corporate objectives and strategies Ensuring continuous quality and productivity gains in the context of agile software development Communication with various internal and external stakeholders

Studies in (economic) informatics or comparable to several years of relevant professional experience Comprehensive experience in the environment of (agile) software development, system architecture and DV technologies Extensive knowledge of methods of application development and IT operation and software architectures Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility Excellent communication skills combined with good conviction and enforcement German language skills (min. C1 level)
