Design of a structured and beneficial environment of young people Support and support in learning self-employment and practical life management Planning, implementation and reflection of pedagogical work taking into account the individual assistance plans Network work with youth offices, doctors, clinics, consultancy offices and other social authorities Participation in help schedule talks and crisis talks Creation of the weekly schedule and design of the daily routine in the care of young people Creation of educational plans and development reports for assistance planning Participation in the recording process of new young people Parental work and coordination in matters of young people with teachers, therapists and other persons involved in the assistance Preparation and implementation of pedagogical meetings in the professions

In addition to training in one of these areas, we wish to have comprehensive professional knowledge, joy in working with children and young people and their parents, self-initiative, resilience and flexibility, analytical and systemic thinking, team skills, experience in the field of home education and the performance of readiness. The use in the full-station area is associated with flexible working time design and service in the evening hours and weekends.
