Complete university studies of settlement water management, environmental engineering, process engineering or a comparable discipline as well as multiannual leadership experience in water management Practical knowledge of water systems, their operations and technical processes, as well as a strong understanding of cross-company relationships In-depth business knowledge and experience with controlling instruments, SAP, benchmarking, key figures and operating management systems Multiannual experience in the management and development of employees and in the design and implementation of change processes Good knowledge of energy and waste management as well as very good communication, analysis and decision-making capability, strong readiness to change and entrepreneurial thinking and action

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the transfer of activity and its substantive activity characteristics, as well as the completion of the training/vocational training required for this purpose, in accordance with the contract Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) in the remuneration group 13.
