Tasks

• Consistent implementation and further development of hygiene management as part of legal regulations, quality and risk management
• Monitoring of hospital hygiene and its measures
• Advice and implementation of preventive measures
• Advice and implementation of quality assurance measures according to SGB V and further development of the QM system
• Advice and visit to comply with hospital hygiene guidelines
• Conducting hospital hygiene training and instructing new employees
• Preparation and participation in hygiene committee meetings
• Promise and accompany measures to comply with the Infection Protection Act and risk mitigation
• Removal of quality-safe hygienic microbiological environmental studies
• Active cooperation in the context of outbreaks
• Required contact with health authorities, as well as participation in health care and hygiene networks
• Organisation and implementation of regular hygiene sessions

Requirements

• Training for nursing staff, nursing staff, health and nursing staff
• Complete training on the hygiene officer
• Team skills, organizational skills and empathy
• Good user knowledge with MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
