IT project management: Examine the planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of remote service, production data acquisition, track & trace and software interfaces Customer advice: Support our national and international customers with competent advice – both in pre-sales and after-sales Support: Take 2nd Level Support and find practical solutions for complex customer requests Internal cooperation: Train and advise our internal departments on IT-related topics Documentation: Create understandable and structured project and product documentation Interface to development: Work closely with our developer team to realize individual customer solutions

Completed training: You have successfully completed a degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Professional experience: You bring multi-year experience in IT project management Technical understanding: You have sound knowledge in network technology and enthusiasm for modern IT solutions Analytical skills: You think structured, work solution-oriented and have a strong technical understanding Communication strength: You like to work in the team, communicate well and bring a high level of customer orientation with Organizational institution: You also keep track of complex projects and work independently Language skills: You have secure knowledge of English for cooperation with international customers readiness to travel: You are ready to travel occasionally to serve customers on site
