The Klinik für Gastroenterologie am Vivantes Auguste-Viktoria-Klinikum treats diseases of the entire gastrointestinal tract as well as liver, bile ducts and pancreas. A special focus is on state-of-the-art endoscopic methods for precise diagnosis and gentle, organ-containing therapy. The range of services includes high-resolution video endoscopy, endosonography, contrast medium-assisted ultrasound and high-resolution manometry. As one of the few centers in Germany, it also offers the Peroral Endoscopic Myotomie (POEM).

Medical activity in stationary patient care and in interdisciplinary endoscopy

Regular participation in the readiness service

Participation in clinical-scientific projects and interdisciplinary training courses

Implementation of DRG accounting and quality management
