The large district town of Giengen an der Brenz, with around 20,000 inhabitants, has numerous business and craft businesses, a good infrastructure, all types of schools, diverse childcare facilities and attractive, versatile leisure and recreational services. As a complement to our team at the Office for Culture, Sports and Tourism, we have the following place at the municipal music school: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (50 % - 70 %) Their tasks are in particular: • Granting of individual and group lessons in all levels of performance and age including pre-studies training in all areas of classical strikes, • implementation of cooperation projects with general education, • ensembles, • participation in events and projects of the Music School, • Preparing students for preludes, concerts, orchestral samples and competitions. • We reserve the right to transfer further tasks or changes to the task.

We expect you to: • completed artistic and/or music pedagogical higher education or comparable qualification in the subject of percussion/percussion, • communication and team skills, initiative, creativity, enthusiasm and commitment to the goals of the music school, • Cooperation with the orchestra and ensemble directors, • high musical and educational competence and a contemporary teaching methodology and didactics.
