Become part of our team Project and Process Management and shape the Alnatura Working Group in full time. The project and process management team develops and supports projects and process optimization at Alnatura professional, transparent and effective. We develop standards and methods, enable specialist areas for independent application and create structures that enable projects and processes to be measurably controlled and continuously improved.

You create and care process maps Support in the introduction and further development of process management methods You develop and implement standard processes, best practices and process key figures Analysis and optimization of existing processes You develop and implement new, efficient process solutions You ensure compliance with governance policies, quality standards and risk management You coordinate stakeholders from departments and IT as well as external service providers You moderate meetings and workshops

You have acquired a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Process Management or a comparable discipline – or comparable knowledge through many years of professional practice You have several years of theoretical and practical experience in process management or process-oriented tasks You have profound knowledge in process modeling (e.g. BPMN), process landscapes, key figures and process documentation You are familiar with process management standards and methods (e.g. BPM, Lean, Six Sigma) and have a basic understanding of governance structures You have already gained experience in building process-oriented structures and cooperation processes You are characterized by strong analytical skills and data and KPI-oriented working methods You bring strong communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills and have very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing You have basic knowledge of project management standards – both in classic, hybrid and agile approaches
