Manager Practice Development Dental & Growth (m/f/d)

Advice and support: You accompany our dental practices – especially in the Berlin area and in the further East German area – as well as their owners: from the foundation to the successful establishment. You act as an in-house consultant and are central: for all operational and commercial topics. From strategic planning to optimising internal processes to ensuring the necessary resources, you will be able to provide advice and partnership to the practices. As a firm part of the team, you are a key contributor to the sustainable success and growth of our sites. Practice management: You are responsible for the monthly reviews of the practices, assisting in achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities for further development. Process optimization: You work with local practice management to improve the efficiency of the processes along the entire patient life cycle. Employee development: Care through training and coaching to ensure that the practice team works at the highest level and offers excellent service quality. Innovation and Consulting: Advise our partner practices in the introduction of modern technologies and innovative treatment methods to provide them with future-proof design. Close cooperation: Through regular on-site visits to the Praxen, you will be looking forward to a trusting and partnering cooperation.

Experience: You bring comprehensive professional experience in the infilialized environment that enriches your work with valuable know-how and a trained look for the essential. Optional further education: Ideally, you have completed a further education in the field of business management, health management or a comparable discipline. However, this is not a must, your practical experience counts as much for us. Communication strength: Your strong team and communication skills will help you to communicate between the various actors:in the sovereign. Management qualities and self-initiative: You like to take responsibility and bring leadership skills and a proactive way of working. Travel readiness: Regular visits to our partner practices in the Berlin area and in the other East German areas – for example in Leipzig – are of course part of everyday work for you.
