Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

At the operational level, you are responsible for the use and distribution of tasks of your employees and thus ensure that the tasks that arise are performed qualitatively and efficiently. You are responsible for the continuous optimization of workflows to increase quality and productivity You are responsible for maintaining internal performance indicators (KPIs) You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and internal guidelines (including quality management and work safety) You conduct employee talks, take over personnel deployment planning and feel responsible for the instruction and further development of your employees You have disciplinary responsibility for up to 100 employees

You bring complete vocational training and, if possible, relevant further training in the field of logistics (e.g. Lagermeister, Lean- or Process management etc.) You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the fields of production, logistics, hotel and gastroindustry, or comparable areas in the commercial environment for at least 50 employees The regulations of “work law” are known to you in their basics You have the ability to flexibly adjust to different situations to strengthen and motivate the team You are ready to work in a two-layer system (weekly change early and late) You have a secure handling of MS Office programs (including MS Teams, Power BI) and have worked with a warehouse management system for several years. Your knowledge of German and good English complete your profile
