As part of our large and motivated IT team, the following tasks await you: Overall responsibility for the delivery product range – from idea to operational impact Active participation in cross-departmental strategy and change initiatives as representatives:in the delivery area Close cooperation with operations, regional logistics, warehousing, HR/shift planning, finance/SCM and compliance to make product and process decisions coordinated Development and implementation of an innovative vision for the delivery process in line with the corporate strategy Building and controlling a domain roadmap across the delivery development teams, including prioritization, dependencies and capacity planning Management and direct reporting of projects to the Director of Engineering Professional leadership of currently two (partially decentralized) development teams Discipline leadership and further development of the team Leads and Product Owner

You are a team-oriented leader who lives our corporate culture and actively contributes to the operational daily business Multiannual professional experience in managing teams in software development Ideally experience in the development with .NET and in the mobile environment or in comparable technologies as well as knowledge in the logistics industry Strategically relevant knowledge in the areas of development tools, software and system architecture, cloud and agile development methods Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high intrinsic motivation Experience in project and stakeholder management
