You take on the overall technical responsibility for the topic FIN/TS, act as a central contact person and work closely with IT. You actively shape regulatory and legal requirements, keep track of market trends and ensure that products, conditions and customer documents are always up-to-date and compliant. You systematically collect customer requirements, initiate change and optimization projects, and tax them from effort estimation to reporting. You test new releases before the go-live, support technical and professional monitoring and work closely with external providers as well as the sales units. You coordinate the elimination of incidents, support run processes, identify optimization potentials and represent EBICS in the absence of the relevant colleagues.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a degree program and brings well-founded experience in payment transactions as well as in Electronic Banking (FIN/TS). You have a solid understanding of banking processes and ideally experience in product management. You work structured, communicate clearly and reliably in cooperation with IT, providers and internal departments. You bring project experience, can coordinate Incidents and keep an overview in challenging situations. Technical understanding, especially in the Avaloq environment, is a plus, as is the pleasure of recognizing innovations and carrying them into the bank.
