Own-sponsored organization and control of the construction site sequences in existing and new construction projects in turn-key construction in close coordination with the construction management Preparation and installation of construction sites and planning of personnel, material and equipment use including material ordering and delivery control Management of the industrial site staff and coordination and monitoring of the after-contractors Coordination and control of the construction design in the areas of raw construction, building envelope and extension including interfaces to technical building equipment Ensuring professional, timely and quality execution taking into account the special requirements for building in stock Examination of execution and work planning for feasibility and early clarification of inconsistencies with the building management Implementation and control of work safety regulations and the applicable construction site and operational requirements Guided tour of the building journal, documentation of the progress of construction and participation in construction site meetings Practical support of the construction site team in demanding execution work as required

Completion of craft training in the construction industry and further training for the tested polish or a comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in turn-key construction as well as experience as a polisher and in the leadership of commercial teams Experience in the development of new construction projects and construction measures Funded knowledge of the construction site organization and the construction workflows in crude construction, building envelope and expansion Advantageous knowledge of reinforced concrete construction and technical building equipment Safe handling of construction plans and technical documentation as well as digital applications for construction site organization and documentation Organizational, enforcement and a sensual, solution-oriented leadership style Self-structed, structured and economic functioning as well as pronounced quality and safety awareness Team skills, communication strength and very good German knowledge in word and writing Class B driving licence; Class BE advantageous
